Thought I’d film this morning’s full body functional workout before my son came in and took over the session 😅 The new gym is slowly coming together now and honestly I’m loving the process. Still waiting on the rest of the equipment to arrive… but it’s already becoming one of my favourite places to train. There’s just something different about building it yourself brick by brick.
