What changes is which muscle takes on more of the load, based on your stance and mechanics. 🍗 QUAD FOCUSED: 1. Closer stance – feet shoulder-width (or slightly narrower) 2. Heels slightly elevated – use plates, wedges, or heeled shoes 3. Upright torso and more forward knee bend – allow knees to track over (or slightly past) the toes 🍑 GLU
